Skarpowa 25 / 19, registered with: NIP: 5833467150, KRS: 0001010023, REGON: 523997899, with a share capital of 20,000 PLN, hereinafter referred to as the Administrator. The share capital is equally divided between both members of the Management Board. All contact details are available in the contact section. Your personal data related to the conclusion and performance of the contract will be processed for the duration of the contract, as well as for a period no longer than provided by law, including the Civil Code and the Accounting Act, i.e., for no longer than 10 years, counting from the end of the calendar year in which the last contract was executed. Your personal data processed for the purpose of entering into and performing future contracts will be processed until an objection is raised. You have the right to: access your personal data and receive a copy of the data being processed, correct any inaccurate data; request the deletion of data (right to be forgotten) in cases provided for in Article 17 of the GDPR; request the restriction of data processing in cases specified in Article 18 of the GDPR, object to the processing of data in cases specified in Article 21 of the GDPR, transfer the provided data processed in an automated manner. §3 Scope and Purpose of Collecting Personal Data
We process necessary personal data for the provision of services and for accounting purposes only. We collect, process, and store the following user data: first and last name, residential address, delivery address (if different from the residential address), tax identification number (NIP), email address, phone number (mobile, landline), information about the used browser, other voluntarily provided personal data. Providing the above data is entirely voluntary but also necessary for the full provision of services. We may send personal data to servers located outside your country of residence or to related entities, third parties based in other countries, including countries within the European Economic Area (EEA), for processing personal data on our behalf in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable laws, customs, and regulations concerning data protection. §4 Cookies
We use cookies or similar technologies (hereinafter collectively referred to as "cookies"), which are data, particularly text files, intended for use on websites and stored on the devices of users browsing the pages.
